The Magicians by LEV GROSSMAN

I am finally done with this book and I have to say, It ripped my innocence from me... in a good way, it made me feel the emotions of a lifetime. My only remorse is that this book, if made into a movie, could never touch people on the same level as it can a book. This book is Harry Potter for adults, though the language might come off as crude, it only adds grit and battle scars to the world in which they live, which is a nice twist on the idea of a fantasy book. This book is also what I like to describe as book-ception, It uses allusion to bring in the real life series by Christopher Plover Fillroy and uses that world in a insane way almost giving some sense of unofficial closure to the series.
